ސަޓިފައިން ސްޓޭޓްމަންޓް
Certificate replacement service is provided to those who request for certificate replacement upon lost of the original certificate.
Certificate Replacement Service is provide for the following Examinations:
Local Examinations:
- SSC & HSC Examination Certificate
- Service Fee for Local Examinations Certificate Replacement: MVR 270.00
- Service Request form with attached copy of National Id card of the must be submitted to DPE to apply for the service.
Overseas Examinations:
- Cambridge IGCSE & GCE O’ Level Examinations Certificates
- Service Request form with attached copy of National Id card of the must be submitted to DPE to apply for the service.
- Edexcel Examination Certificates (Edexcel A’ Level)
- Candidates need to visit www.edexcel.com/replacementcertificates to apply for the service

ސަޓިފައިން ސްޓޭޓްމެންޓަކީ ކެނޑިޑޭޓުންނަށް ދޫކޮށްފައިވާ ސެޓްފިކެޓް ގެއްލުމުން އޭގެ ބަދަލުގައި ދެވޭ، ނަތީޖާއަންގައިދޭ ލިޔުމެކެވެ. މި ޚިދުމަތް ދެ ކެޓަގަރީ އަކަށް ބެހިފައިވެއެވެ. އެއީ ލޯކަލް އިމްތިޙާނުގެ ބަޔާއި އޯވަސީސް އިމްތިޙާނުގެ ބައެވެ.
ލޯކަލް އިމްތިޙާނުތައް:
- އެސް.އެސް.ސީ އިމްތިޙާން
- އެޗް.އެސް.ސީ އިމްތިޙާން
އޯވަސީސް އިމްތިޙާނުތައް:
- ކެމްބްރިޖް އިމްތިޙާން
- އެޑެކްސެލް އިމްތިޙާން
މި ޚިދުމަތަށް އެދިލެއްވުމަށް "ސަރވިސް ރިކުއެސްޓް ފޯމް" ހުށައަޅަންވާނެއެވެ.
ފޯމާއި އެކު ހުށައަޅަންޖެހޭ ލިޔުންތައް:
- ޚިދުމަތަށް އެދޭ ފަރާތުގެ ދިވެހި ރައްޔިތެއްކަން އަންގައިދޭ ކާޑު ކޮޕީ
- ދިވެހި ރައްޔިތެއް ނޫން ނަމަ ޕާސްޕޯޓް ކޮޕީ.
o ލޯކަލް އިމްތިޙާނުތަކުގެ ސަޓިފައިން ސްޓޭޓްމެންޓް ހޯދުމަށް ހުށަހަޅާތާ (ރަސްމީ) 3 ދުވަހުގެ ތެރޭގައި ދޫކުރެވޭނެއެވެ.
o އޯވަސީސް އިމްތިޙާނުތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން ކެމްބްރިޖް އިމްތިޙާނުތަކުގެ ސަޓިފައިން ސްޓޭޓްމެންޓް ލިބޭނީ ސަރވިސް ރިކްއެސްޓް ފޯމް ހުށަހަޅާތާ 3 ނުވަތަ 4 ހަފުތާގެ ތެރޭގައެވެ.
މިލިޔުންތައް ދޫކުރެވޭނީ، ޚިދުމަތަށް އެދުމުން ދޫކުރި ސްލިޕް ނުވަތަ ޙަވާލުވާ ފަރާތުގެ އައިޑީކާޑު ހުށަހެޅުމުންނެވެ.
o www.edexcel.com/replacementcertificates އެޑެކްސެލް އިމްތިޙާނުގެ ސަޓިފައިން ސްޓޭޓްމެންޓަށް އެދެވޭނީ,
މި ލިންކް އިން އެ ކެނޑިޑޭޓް އަމިއްލައަށެވެ. މި ޚިދުމަތް ކުރިއަށް ދާގޮތުގެ މައުލޫމާތު ރަސްމީ ދުވަސްތަކުގައި އެ ފަރާތަށް ފޯރުކޮށް ދެވޭނެއެވެ.
